What is the adoption process?
Our adoption process is simple and relatively quick! We work diligently to have pets placed into homes as soon as possible, especially if a pet of interest needs to be transported. Here’s the outline of steps:
1.Complete our adoption form to let us know about you, your companion animal preferences and any upfront guidance you may need or want to make adopting an enjoyable experience for you and your new pet.
2. One of our adoption coordinators will reach out via text message and follow up with a phone call to go over additional details and discuss any questions you have.
Are all pets spay/nuetered?
All pets over 6 months of age are spayed/neutered. Due to the recommendation of our vets we do not spay/neuter under 6 months of age.
A spay/neuter deposit is required for all unaltered pets which will be refunded within two weeks of certificate of alter. The alter status of pets will be discussed by your adoption coordinator.
What are your adoption fees?
Puppies (under 6 months): $300 – $550 + $50 alter deposit
Altered adults (6mo-7yrs): $300 – $550
Altered adults (under 20 pounds): $375 – $700
Seniors (7yrs-10yrs): $135 – $400
Super Senior (10+yrs): $75 – $300
Kittens (under 4 months): $60-100 + $50 alter deposit if not fixed
Cats over 4 months: $90-150 fixed and fully vaccinated
Adoptiong a heartworm positive dog:
